The audio has been slightly re-edited when compared with the promo edition of the Live At The Marquee EP and only two tracks Get Out Of Denver / 96 Tears were also issued as a Jukebox Special.
Issued on four-pronged push-out centre Island labels, in a picture sleeve with NO square thumb-cut at rear.
There is also a sleeve variant with the thumb-cut: Live At The Marquee.
