This release was issued with a 'thick, gold coloured card inner sleeve'. It is almost identical to 'New Gold Dream (81-82-83-84)' other than the difference in pressing plants as indicated by the matrix runout information on each vinyl. This release was pressed by 'EMI Records' whilst that version was pressed by 'CBS (Pressing Plant, Aston Clinton)'. Also, the thumb slot on the inner sleeve on this version is longer than the other issue with a gold inside sleeve.
It is also similar to 'New Gold Dream (81-82-83-84)' but that release was issued with a 'purple coloured inner sleeve'. Another version does exist but that version is in fact a misprint containing no gold lettering on the front or back of the album cover (see 'New Gold Dream (81-82-83-84) '.
