Came in a generic white sleeve when released. Writers name mis-spelt as "Geriant Griffiths" and should be "Geraint Griffiths"Although no details on label, this single (both sides) were taken from the Eliffant LP "M.O.M" (SAIN 1130M) and released in 1979.
